Registration
The registration fee of $800 for participants includes
participation in all sessions, conference kit, program,
proceedings, lunch and coffee breaks, welcoming
reception, gala banquet and night tour of Tel Aviv.
There is a reduced fee of $560 for presenters (only
one presenter per paper).
Fees are valid until October 10, 2010, after which
there will be a surcharge of $50.
Note: Special discount fees for groups can be arranged.

Accompanying Persons' Fee of $350 includes the welcoming
reception, opening ceremony, gala banquet, night
tour of Tel Aviv and a daylong tour of Jerusalem.
Fee does not include attendance in program sessions.
Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations
received by October 15, 2010 will be fully refunded
less a $60 processing charge. There will be a 50%
refund for cancellations received between October
15 and November 10, 2010.
No refunds for cancellations received after November
10, 2010.

Reservations must be made by October 10, 2010 and
