It is our pleasure and honor to invite you to participate
in the 18th International Conference of the Israel
Society for Quality which will take place November
15-17, 2010 in Tel Aviv. In keeping with our theme,

discuss some of the main areas that may have been
forgotten during the past decade, especially by
the new generation of quality managers.These will
be combined with Lean, 6 Sigma, Kaizen, RAMS, ILS
and other methodologies.
We call on all our colleagues in the EFQM to come
to Israel and participate in this event, both by
presenting what is new in their countries and by
discussing the changes that are occurring in Israel
with respect to implementation of the EFQM model
of excellence in the private sector and to the ongoing
progress in implementing it in the Civil Service
Commission. As well, we welcome the participation
of ASQ members, especially members of the other
WorldPartner countries and invite everyone involved
in quality management to submit abstracts dealing
with any aspect of quality and join us at the conference
to share global excellence.
Joining us at the conference will enable you to
both participate in a stimulating and challenging
learning experience and enjoy exploring the Land
of Israel from Eilat to the Galilee. Known as the
birthplace of three great monotheistic religions,
Israel has always been a center of knowledge and
continuous learning.
