Registration Fee
of $550 includes participation in all scientific
sessions and workshops, syllabus, 2 lunches and
coffee breaks. The fee is valid until January
15, 2010. After that the fee is $650.
Accompanying Persons:
Fee includes 2 conference lunches and a full day
tour of Tel Aviv and Guvrin Caves. Does not include
entry into scientific sessions. Fee: $195
Hotel accommodations
include bed, full Israeli buffet breakfast
and 15% service charge. Official check-in time
for hotels is 14:00 and check-out is 10:30. Saturday
check-in is approximately 18:30. All requests
for accommodations must be prepaid.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations received before January
15, 2010 are subject to a service charge of $80.
No refunds will be made on cancellations received
after January 15, 2010. Hotel cancellations after
January 15, 2010 may be charged one night's fee.

Abstracts:
Abstracts of approximately 300 words are invited
in WORD format and should be submitted to the
Secretariat before January 15, 2010, by email
to: seminars@isas.co.il and by fax to +972-2-6520558.
Presenters will be notified of acceptance of their
abstract by January 31, 2010.
Exhibition:
A commercial exhibition will be held within the
framework of the symposium. Exhibitors will be provided
with an unprecedented opportunity to promote innovative
products, pharmaceuticals, equipment and technologies
to a discerning international professional audience.

Letters of Invitation:
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal
invitation to participate in the symposium. Such
an invitation is only meant to help visitors raise
travel funds or obtain a visa and is not a commitment
to provide financial support.
Climate:
The weather in February is cool with possible rain,
temperatures ranging from 6-14° C / 45-60°
F.
Transportation from
Airport:
Ben-Gurion International Airport is located 20
minutes from Tel Aviv. Taxi service and a modern
airport train provide fast and economic transportation
into Tel Aviv.
