Registration and Accommodation
Price includes entrance to scientific sessions, program and
book of abstracts, five nights accommodations (June 7-12),
five days of conference, all meals from Sunday evening through
Friday breakfast, including welcome reception Sunday evening,
Tuesday night Western Wall Tunnels tour, and gala banquet
on Wednesday night. Fee includes full day tour with modern
buses and multi-lingual guides to Dead Sea and Masada, including
entrance fees and cable-car ride up/down, and lunch.
On-line registration will be available until Wednesday, June
3, 2009. Thereafter please register at the registration desk
at the conference venue.
We strongly advise all participants to register as soon as
possible in order to secure hotel accommodation.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should
be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation
fees.
Please make sure the name of the meeting and of each participant
are indicated on the bank transfer and that fully completed
registration forms are submitted together with a copy of the
bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received via fax, email or post. Cancellations
received:

March 1- will be reimbursed a full refund less $60 bank

Refunds will be processed one month after the conference.
