Registration:
Registration fees include participation in all scientific
sessions, abstract book, lunches, coffee breaks, and welcome "fork"
dinner reception (14 October). There will be a 50 supplemental
on-site charge for participants who have not pre-registered.

Hotel accommodations include bed and full Israeli buffet breakfast
and 15% service charge.
All requests for accommodations must be accompanied by a deposit of
100 per room.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations received before June 10, 2007
will be fully refunded less a 50 processing charge. There will
be a 50% refund for cancellations received between June 10 and
September 10. After September 10, no refunds will be made.
Hotel cancellations received before September 25 will be fully
refunded less 20. After this date refund will be made less
one night's accommodation fee.
Refunds will be processed one month after the Meeting. |
