General Information Venue: David Intercontinental Hotel, 12 Kaufman Street, Tel Aviv, Tel: 972-3-7951111Language: Official language of the Meeting is English Abstracts: Abstracts of approximately 300 words are invited, and should be submitted to the Secretariat before March 15, 2007. Exhibition: A commercial exhibition will be held within the framework of the Meeting. Exhibitors will be provided with an unprecedented opportunity to promote innovative products, pharmaceuticals, equipment and technologies to a discerning international professional audience. There will be a €50 supplemental on-site charge for participants who have not pre-registered. Welcome "Fork" Dinner Reception: October 14, 19:45 at venue hotel Social Evening: (€50) Optional farewell dinner and folklore evening on October 15 at 18:30. Accompanying Persons: Fee includes the welcome dinner reception, opening ceremony and a day tour on Tuesday, October 16. Pickup from lobby of all conference hotels at 8:00 a.m. Tours: See here or contact the Secretariat Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations received before June 10, 2007 will be fully refunded less a €50 processing charge. There will be a 50%refund for cancellations received between June 10 and September 10. After September 10, no refunds will be made. Hotel cancellations received before September 25 will be fully refunded less €20. After this date refund will be made less one night's accommodation fee. Refunds will be processed one month after the Meeting. Letters of Invitation: Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal invitation to participate in the Meeting. Such an invitation is only meant to help visitors raise travel funds or obtain a visa and is not a commitment to provide financial support. Climate: The weather in October is pleasant to warm during the day, temperatures ranging from 15-28°C / 60-82°F. Transportation from Airport: Ben-Gurion International Airport is located 20 minutes from Tel Aviv. Taxi service and a modern airport train provide safe, fast and economic transportation into Tel Aviv.
