Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received via fax, email
or post.
Cancellations received:

April 1, 2010 - full refund less €75 bank and
processing charges.

April 1- 25 - 60% refund
after
April 25, 2010 - 30% refund
Refunds will be processed one month after the conference.
