Upon request, the Conference Secretariat will supply participants with personal invitations to the Conference. These invitations are meant to help visitors raise travel funds or obtain visas and do not represent a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support.

Transportation from Tel Aviv to Zefat:
We suggest taking a taxi from Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion International Airport directly to the hotel in Zefat. The drive should take about two hours (cost approximately €140). Please inform us of your flight itinerary and the conference secretariat will try to match participants with similar arrival times for shared taxi transportation.

Visas:
All visitors to Israel are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required. For more information please contact your nearest embassy, consulate or local travel agency well in advance. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

Currency / Exchange:
Israel's currency is the New Israeli Shekel (NIS). International major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops. Exchange offices and ATM machines are easily available throughout the city and at the Ben Gurion International Airport.

Climate:
15-25°C and sunny

Clothing:
Clothing is informal for all occasions. A sweater or jacket is also recommended, as the meeting rooms may be cool.
