Cancellation Policy: All cancellations
must be received via fax, email or post. Cancellations received
before December 15 - full refund less €50 bank and processing
charges.
Cancellations received December 16 - January 30 - 80% refund.
Cancellations received January 31 - March 15 - 60% refund.
Cancellations received after March 15 - 40% refund.
Refunds will be processed one month after the conference.
