CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations received before March 1, 2008 will
be fully refunded less a €40 processing charge. There will be
a 50% refund for cancellations received between March 1 and
May 4. After May 4, no refunds will be made. Hotel cancellations
received before April 25 will be fully refunded less €15. After
this date refund will be made less one night's accommodation
fee.
